Show mom just how much you care, whip her up a delightfully healthy and creamy green smoothie. This easy to make treat is scrumptious and packed full of mood boosting ingredients, antioxidants, vitamins and protein.
We’ve topped our Creamy Avocado Banana Smoothie with two of our favorite superfoods; chia seeds and Mettrum Originals™ Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds.
Turn this delicious smoothie into a dessert pudding by adding a full avocado and reducing the almond milk to ¼ cup.
1 cup almond milk
1 ripe banana, sliced
½ cup spinach, chopped
½ avocado, sliced
1 tbsp. Mettrum Originals™ Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
1 tbsp. chia seeds
Combine almond milk and spinach in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
Add in avocado, banana, hemp and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie mixture into a serving glass.
Garnish with additional hemp and chia seeds.
