We love putting a modern twist on old classics. Our Sun-dried Tomato and Mango Bruschetta will leave you wanting more. The flavour combination of bitter olives and sun-dried tomatoes, against the sweetness of the mango is absolute divine.
Traditionally served hot off the grill, we’ve sautéed our toppings in Mettrum Originals™ Cold-Pressed Hemp Oil. Top these beauties with ciliegine mozzarella, or spread cream cheese right on the crostini.
1 jar of sun-dried tomatoes, drained
1 ripe mango, cut into small squares
¼ cup black olives
¼ cup cherry tomatoes
Fresh ground black pepper
crostini loaf, sliced
Heat a large pan on medium
Add hemp oil, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, black olives and mangoes.
Sautee until edges of the tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes start to brown.
Spoon toppings on to a crostini slice followed by fresh black pepper and mozzarella.
