We’ve topped off our green smoothie with strawberries, chia seeds and Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds.
½ cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 cup kale, roughly torn
1 lime, juiced
2-3 fresh strawberries
1 cup water
1 tsp. honey (optional)
1 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
Combine cucumber, kale, lime water, chia seeds and 1tbsp hemp seeds in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into your serving glass and garnish with remaining hemp seeds and strawberries.
