How can something that tastes so good be so good for you? These bars are packed with hemp, flax, rolled outs, and so much more- making them the perfect treat to help jump start your morning or to satiate those mid-afternoon cravings.
WARNING: may be addictive!
- 1/4 cup Mettrum Originals Hemp Flour
- 1/4 cup flax flour
- 3 ½ cups large flaked rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup nuts or sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup almond or nut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup butter
- Mix butter, nut butter and honey.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Knead mixture and flatten into cake pan.
- Chill and cut into bars.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
