We are half way through the winter season and people all around us are starting to show signs of the dreaded winter blues, but we have the solution.  

Brighten up your day with this lime and mint protein smoothie made with #MettrumOriginals vanilla-flavoured Protein & Fibre Hemp Powder.

This delicious smoothie is packed with the much needed essential vitamins, proteins and omegas that we lack during the long winter months.

 
Ingredients
  • ½ Cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 Cup spinach leaves
  • 2 Teaspoons organic honey
  • ½ Frozen banana
  • 1 scoop (30g) #MettrumOriginals Protein & Fibre Powder (Vanilla).
  • ½ Cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • ½ Ice (optional)
     
    Instructions:

    Blend well until smooth. For some added texture, top with #MettrumOriginals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds and mint.
