Smoothie Sunday is quickly becoming one of our favorite days of the week. We love taking inspiration from all the yummy smoothies we see on Pinterest. This morning we have modified Martha Stewarts Green Ginger-Peach Smoothie by adding in Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds.
This delicate blend of spinach, ginger, peaches and hemp is tangy and sweet, the perfect addition to your morning routine. If you are making this smoothie post workout we suggest adding a 30g scoop of Mettrum Originals Raw Hemp Protein & Fibre Powder.
2 cups baby spinach
1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
2 cups sliced peaches
2 tsp Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
2 tsp honey
Place baby spinach, ginger, peaches, honey and 1 tsp of hemp seeds into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your glass and add sprinkle the rest of the hemp seeds on top.
