Today we have added all of our favorite berries, mint and Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds to make a nutrient and antioxidant-rich smoothie. This Mint Berry Hemp Seed Smoothie is a wonderful way to unwind before we begin another long work week.
2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 lemon juice
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tsp. Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
Add all items into a blender and blend until smooth. Add an extra teaspoon of Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds to top it all off.
