“Relaxing morning” sounds like an oxymoron, but it’s now within your grasp! How you ask? It’s simple, prepare this tasty, dessert-flavored and nutritious breakfast in advance. This incredibly easy-to-make recipe will take you 10 minutes of prep time. Just wake up, grab it out of the fridge, add some sliced apples, pistachios and enjoy!
Hectic work week? Grab it and go!  Easy to transport, this nutrient-dense breakfast will help power you through the most daunting days.
1 apple, sliced
½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. pure maple syrup (Or honey if preferred) 
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. pistachio
2 tbsp. Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
2 tbsp. chia seeds
Combine oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, hemp and chia seeds in a mason jar.
Give it a quick stir so all ingredients are evenly dispersed.
Add almond milk and maple syrup.
Almond milk should just cover the oat mixture.
Seal mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top oats with sliced apples and pistachios.
