1 apple, sliced
½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. pure maple syrup (Or honey if preferred)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. pistachio
2 tbsp. Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
2 tbsp. chia seeds
Combine oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, hemp and chia seeds in a mason jar.
Give it a quick stir so all ingredients are evenly dispersed.
Add almond milk and maple syrup.
Almond milk should just cover the oat mixture.
Seal mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top oats with sliced apples and pistachios.
