We can’t think of a better way to celebrate this beautiful weather than to make a creamy blackberry smoothie packed with nutrients and protein.
 
If you want a sweeter smoothie, add some honey, however, agave nectar or even medjool dates.
 
If you’re like us (and we think you are!), you are probably looking to add more protein in to your diet. Try adding in a 30 oz scoop of Mettrum Originals Raw Hemp with Berry Protein and Fibre Powder.
 
 
Ingredients
1 banana
½ cup fresh blackberries
2 tbsp. Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
½ cup vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp. honey or agave nectar 2 medjool dates (pitted)
3 fresh mint leaves 
 
 
Directions
Place all ingredients in to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour in to a chilled glass and enjoy!
Garnish with blackberries, mint and hemp seeds.
