Perfect for a spooky party platter, these creamy Cheese Bats are made with 3 types of cheese, blue corn tortilla chips and Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds. This delicious treat is perfect for children and adults!

1 pkg (8 oz.) Cream cheese, room temperature
¾ cup white sharp cheddar cheeses, shredded
½ cup goat cheese
Blue corn tortilla chips
½ black olives, halved
½ cup Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
½ cup pistachio, chopped
In a small bowl combine pistachios and hemp seeds.
In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, shredded cheddar and goat cheese.
Dampen your hands and roll mixture in to heaping teaspoon-sized balls.
Drop each ball into the hemp seed mixture and roll until fully covered.
Once covered, place each cheese ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Take each olive half and fill with cream cheese, sticking them onto each ball to form eyes.
Cover tray in plastic wrap and let chill in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve.
Before serving add a tortilla chip to each side of the cheese ball to form the bat wings, and two tortilla chip tips to form ears.
