2 key limes, juiced
2 tsp. lime zest
1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh baby spinach, washed and dried
1 tbsp. honey
½ cup? coconut water, or unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 kiwi, peeled and diced
1/4 lime, sliced
¼ apple, sliced
1/4 pear, sliced
2 tbsp. Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
2 tbsp. toasted coconut flakes
1 tbsp. granola
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/4 cup blueberries
Mint leaves for garnish
In a blender, combine lime zest, juice, spinach, yogurt, honey, vanilla, kiwi, coconut water and blend until smooth.
Top with your choice of toppings and enjoy.
