Who says you can't have healthy halloween candy? These Nice-Krispie Pumpkins taste just like rice krispie squares with a twist. Made with ingredients like Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds and almond butter, these treats are kid approved easy to make!
¼ cup creamy no-stir almond butter
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
½ cup brown rice syrup or honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups rice crispy cereal
Orange food coloring
8 – 10 pieces of celery
1 tsp. dark chocolate chips
Add almond butter, coconut oil, syrup and vanilla to a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until the almond butter is melted then add honey, hemp seeds and food colouring.
Remove pan from heat and add cereal, stirring well.
Slightly wet hands and form rice crispy mixture into small pumpkins. This should make 8 – 10. Using the blunt end of a knife, add groves around the pumpkin.
Stick celery in the top of each pumpkin to form the stem.
Using a knife, shape chocolate chips into different shapes and add a face to each pumpkin.
