Made with our Hemp Break snack bars, hemp seeds along with our chocolate protein and fibre powder, this creamy dessert is packed full of the necessary nutrients your body craves.
1 cup fresh raspberries
½ cup fresh blueberries
¼ cup pistachios, finely chopped (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
473 ml whipping cream
Light cream cheese, cut into quarters
¼ cup organic sugar
1 cup packed, pitted Medjool dates
1 30 oz. scoop, Mettrum Originals Chocolate Hemp Protein and Fibre Powder
1 cup Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
1 Mettrum Originals Hemp Break snack bar, crushed
½ cup natural peanut butter
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Soak dates in warm water for 5 minutes.
Add crust ingredients to your food processor and pulse until combine.
Spoon mixture into the bottom of your cheese cake pan, pressing to pack tightly.
In a small pot on high heat, add ½ cup raspberries and 1 tsp vanilla.
Stir constantly until berries begin to boil.
Reduce heat and let the raspberry sauce thicken.
Set to the side and allow to cool.
In a large bowl add whipping cream and beat on high.
Slowly add in organic sugar and continue to beat unit stiff peaks form.
Add in cream cheese in quarters, beating until filling is smooth.
Spoon filling into cheese cake pan and level with a spoon.
Top with raspberry sauce, fresh raspberries, blueberry and pistachios.
