2 bananas, chopped and frozen
1 cup raspberries, frozen
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. Hemp Buds
pinch of pink Himalayan or fine sea salt.
Add bananas and raspberries in to airtight freezer bags and freeze.
Pro-tip, pre-freeze different fruits so you can make nice cream anytime!
Throw hemp seeds, salt and vanilla into a high-power blender, or food processor and process on high until there are no lumps.
Add in frozen bananas and raspberries and process on high until creamy and smooth.
To create a soft serve, add in a small amount of almond milk, slowly, until you reach your desired consistency and serve.
For ice-cream cones, add mixture into a freezer safe Tupperware dish and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Use a scoop to serve your delicious ice-cream.
