We seriously love these tender Turkey Hemp Seed Meatballs. Made with Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds, they are sure to add a nutritional boost to any pasta dish without compromising taste!
1 lbs. lean ground turkey
½ cup Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
¼ onion, finely diced
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. thyme
½ tsp. oregano
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
Using your hands, form turkey mixture in to approx. 30 meatballs.
Place on a baking sheet
Cook meatballs for 15 to 20 minutes.
